NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

FINANCING OF
EQUIPMENT BY:
Clearview Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Clearview Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in Wheeling, WV will meet on March 9, 2023 at 5:00pm for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance an Addition to the Fire Station, located at 166 Clearview Avenue.
To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
