above-referenced infants born on August 4, 2015;
September 6, 2016 and March 4, 2020:
The object of the above-styled case is for the Petitioner,
the West Virginia Department of Health and Human
Resources, to protect the best interests of the said
infants.
You are hereby notified that you are required to file a
verified answer to the Motion filed herein or otherwise
appear and protect your interests on or before April 4,
2023, otherwise, the permanent termination of all
parental rights you may have can be a result of this
proceeding. It is
ORDERED that the Respondents do appear at the
proceedings scheduled for this matter to be held on the
4th day of April, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., in Chambers at
the Tyler County Courthouse, Main Street,
Middlebourne, West Virginia, to protect your own
interest, otherwise an Order will be entered permanently
terminating your parental rights.
A copy of said Motion may be obtained from the
undersigned Clerk of this Court at her office in said Tyler
County Courthouse, Middlebourne, West Virginia. You
