AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that TCL Specialties LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for an Organic Acids and Chemical Intermediates Manufacturing Operation located on 17595 Energy Road, WV 26055 in Marshall County, West Virginia. The UTM coordinates are 514.50 km Easting, 4397.50 km Northing.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: VOCs of 67.347 tpy, HAPs of 8.768 tpy, NOx of 95.713 tpy, CO of 74.164 tpy, SOx of 0.454 tpy.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 01st day of July, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
