The object of the above entitled action is for Charisma Bussey to legally change her name to Charisma Bennett. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Charisma Bussey to Charisma Bennett.
A hearing shall be on the 30th day of March, 2023 at 11:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the 2nd floor of the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
