IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-135 QAYTAZA IRVIN, biological mother and custodian of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020 and HUBERT FRAZIER, father of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020, natural child Qaytaza Irvin.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that HUBERT FRAZIER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020. It is ORDERED that HUBERT FRAZIER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and HUBERT FRAZIER is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 20th day of April, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of HUBERT FRAZIER, may be terminated.
