Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1:  The Board will consider the request and application of Richard Alexander Herndon for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request a special exception to allow for the placement of a manufactured home 16X76 in size along with a second primary residence on the lot owned by Deborah Dunbar at Hillcrest Drive, Ronceverte.   The sub-ject property is zoned Forest Recreational, located in the Fort Springs(06) district, described in Deed Book 394, on Page 171, on Tax Map 14 as Parcel 93.6.
PUBLIC HEARING 2:  The Board will consider the request and application of Jane A. Johnson and Arthur & Ruth Bartenslager for a Special Exception from the Green-brier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request a special exception to allow for the placement of a temporary manufactured home 14X70 in size including any setback variances needed on the lot located 654 Coffman Cemetery Road, Lewisburg.  The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Fort Springs(06) district, described in Deed Book 506, on Page 728 & 814, on Tax Map 13 as Parcel 11-3 & 105.
PUBLIC HEARING 3:  The Board will consider the request and application of JOI Properties, LLC for a Special Exception from the Green-brier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request a special exception to allow for a commercial building to be used for agricultural enterprises on the lot located 30626 Midland Trail E, Lewisburg.  The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Lewisburg (09) district, described in Deed Book 583, on Page 89, on Tax Map 18P as Parcel 53.
