The object of the above-styled case is for the Petitioner,
the West Virginia Department of Health and Human
Resources, to protect the best interests of the said
infant.
You are hereby notified that you are required to file a
verified answer to the Petition filed herein or otherwise
appear and protect your interests on or before April 4,
2023, otherwise, the permanent termination of all
parental rights that you may have can be a result of
this proceeding. It is
ORDERED that the Respondent appear at the
proceeding scheduled for this matter to be held on the
4th day of April, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., in Chambers at
the Tyler County Courthouse, Main Street,
Middlebourne, West Virginia, to protect your own
interest, otherwise an Order may be entered
permanently terminating your parental rights.
A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the
undersigned Clerk of this Court at her office in said
Tyler County Courthouse, Middlebourne, West Virginia.
