Sealed bids for a firm to provide Water Line Replacement Services for West Liberty University will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr., West Liberty, WV 26074, until 10:00 AM on April 26, 2023. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be conducted on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the West Liberty University 2nd Floor East Conference Room , 229 Shaw Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to review the specification and site conditions. Vendors failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to bid. Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
