The object of the above entitled action is to obtain aa appointment of Guardianship and other appropriate relief. Said Petition shall be brought on for Final Hearing before the Honorable Judge Robert Montgomery, Judge of the Family Court of Kanawha County, 111 Court Street, Suite 2, Charleston, West Virginia April 20, 2023, at 10:15 am, or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the natural parents of the infant children are now deceased has no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact in this state upon whom service may be had; it is
ORDERED that any person who may be harmed by said action or any person who knows any reason why the Petition should not be granted may appear at the said time and place and be heard in opposition to the same.
