Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-C General Permit Registration for a natural gas production facility (Charles Yoho Pad) located near Moundsville in Marshall County, West Virginia. From Moundsville, travel east on 5th St. toward Jefferson Ave. for approximately 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Grant Ave. and travel 0.3 miles then turn right onto 1st St and travel 0.7 miles. 1st St. turns left and becomes US-250 S/Waynesburg Pike. Travel 8.3 miles then turn left and travel 0.4 miles. Turn left and travel 0.2 miles to the facility. Latitude and longitude coordinates are:

The applicant estimates the site, based on this registration, has the potential to emit the following Regulated Air Pollutants: NOx – 14.82 TPY, CO – 49.34 TPY, VOC – 50.74 TPY, SO2 – 0.02 TPY, PM – 5.89 TPY, Acetaldehyde – 0.03 TPY, Acrolein – 0.03 TPY, Ethyl benzene – 0.22 TPY, Benzene – 0.40 TPY, Formaldehyde – 0.19 TPY, Methanol – 0.04 TPY, n-Hexane – 2.17 TPY, Toluene – 0.54 TPY, Xylenes – 1.13 TPY, Carbon Dioxide – 12,094.24 TPY, Methane – 10.97 TPY, Nitrous Oxide – 0.02 TPY, Carbon Dioxide equivalent – 12,376.25 TPY.
The change in equipment and operations is planned to begin following approval of the G70-C General Permit Registration by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
