AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Jupiter Aluminum Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a 8.65 MMBtu/hr natural gas-fired boiler, an insignificant source, located on 8963 River Road, Beech Bottom, in Brooke County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 528.81 km Easting and 4452.42 km Northing.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

The boiler started operation around August 2013 timeframe. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
