PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of White Sulphur Springs will conduct a variance on Thursday, Sept-ember 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of the variance will be to hear the request of Brooke Kelley, 110 Neely Street, to put a dwelling on her property. This property does not meet the minimum required lot size of 6,000 square feet in R-2 zone. This public is encouraged and invited to attend.
