the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the following applications: Honor Forte 2 Echo Terrace- Variance from Schedule 4-A: to increase maximum lot coverage from 50% to 58% Purpose of Request: cover existing concreate pad with new roof. The Doris on Main Limited Partnership 930 Main St – Variance from Table 9-C to extend maximum height of roof sign in the D-2 district from 12 feet to 17.7 feet.
