On August 17, 2016, AJG Corporation, the permittee of FM Translator W221DR, Wheeling, West Virginia, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission seeking authorization to transfer control of the Descendants Trust, FBO Descendants of John R. Raese and of the Descendants Trust, FBO Descendants of David A. Raese, from Lauren M. Kelley Driscoll, Trustee, to Richard Cox Cowell, Jr., Trustee. The Descendants Trusts own all the stock of AJG Corporation.
W221DR proposes to rebroadcast the signal of WCLG (AM), 1300 kHz, Morgantown, West Virginia, using channel 221 with 250 watts from a transmitter located at 39* 37′ 39.7″ N Latitude, 79*58′ 10.8″ W Longitude.
