LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Wheeling, as the Representative Member of the Northern Panhandle HOME Consortium, hereby requests proposals from non-profit housing development organizations known as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). Under the HOME Program, the Northern Panhandle HOME Consortium has allocated $45,782 in FY 2021 funds and and $51,965 in FY 2022 funds as a CHDO set-aside. Applications for CHDO designation and funding are due on or before May 12, 2023 by 4:00 PM prevailing time in the offices of the City of Wheeling Economic and Community Development Department, Room 305, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
