Notice of Application
Notice is given that Appalachia Midstream Services, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a 45CSR13 NSR Modification Permit for the existing Sand Hill Compressor Station located at 1594 McCausland Hill Rd/Golden Rd, in Marshall County, Dallas, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are 39.98778 degrees North x -80.55611 degrees West.
The applicant estimates the increase/(decrease) in the potential to discharge the following regulated air pollutants will be:
2.35 tons of nitrogen oxides per year
0.31 tons of carbon monoxide per year
(0.06) tons of volatile organic compounds per year
0.23 tons of particulate matter per year
(0.06) tons of sulfur dioxide per year
(0.01) tons of formaldehyde per year
1.11 tons of methanol per year
2.42 tons of total hazardous air pollutants per year
(259.26) tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
Changes at the site will be implemented shortly after permit issuance.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
