IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 16-CJA-61; SUMMER HELMBRIGHT, biological mother and custodian of M.E.,whose date of birth is January 28, 2015 and, and MARK CAMPBELL, biological father of infant M.E., whose date of birth is January 28, 2015.. Natural child of SUMMER HELMBRIGHT.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of SUMMER HELMBRIGHT, biological mother and custodian of infant M.E., whose date of birth is January 28, 2015.
The Petitioner alleges that SUMMER HELMBRIGHT, biological mother and custodian of infant M.E., whose date of birth is January 28, 2015, has abandoned and /or failed and neglected to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.E., whose date of birth is January 28, 2015 and has made no effort to provide for said care of infant, or maintain the infant in any way from that time until present. It is ORDERED that SUMMER HELMBRIGHT, biological mother and custodian of infant M.E., is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 6th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. for an hearing on her Motion for Post-Adjudicatory Improvement Adjudication if she so desire to participate, otherwise, parental rights of SUMMER HELMBRIGHT, biological mother and custodian of infant M.E., whose date of birth is January 28, 2015, may be terminated.
