Due to a scheduling conflict, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling is changing its previously scheduled meeting from September 14 to Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at the Riverview Towers Board Room, 601 Main Street, Wheeling, WV.
