NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Ohio County Board of Education, Wheeling, West Virginia, for the following:
SALE OF USED
VEHICLES
Bidders may obtain copies of specifications and forms of proposal from the Operations Center of the Ohio County Board of Education at 280 Fulton Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. The vehicles, depending on the location, for sale can be viewed during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. from Monday, January 26, 2015, through Friday, January 30, 2015, at the Operations Center. Any further information desired regarding the vehicles, equipment, bidder’s packet requests or procedures can be obtained by calling 304-243-0435 for vehicles or 304-243-0431 for equipment.
This request for sealed proposals is for the sale of specified used vehicles & specified used equipment only.
Please submit your sealed proposal to the Office of the Assistant Superintendent at the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003, prior to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015. Please mark the outside of the envelope as “BID FOR USED VEHICLES.”
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the bid to other than the high bidder, to accept any or all alternates, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
