The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that MIKOL WALLACE and JOHN SHAW have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J. S., whose date of birth is July 12, 2008, A.S., whose date of birth is May 25, 2010, and C.S., whose date of birth is July 16, 2013. It is ORDERED that MIKOL WALLACE and JOHN SHAW are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of June, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of MIKOL WALLACE, biological mother of infants J. S., whose date of birth is July 12, 2008, A.S., whose date of birth is May 25, 2010, and C.S., whose date of birth is July 16, 2013 and JOHN SHAW, biological father of infants of J.
