Please take notice that on June 1, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct public hearings for properties located at 717 Main St and 647 Main St, North Wheeling Historic District for Certificate of Appropriateness. Any interested person may appear and be heard.
