The object of the above entitled action is for Mary Katherine Algeri to legally change his/her name to Mary Katherine Lors. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Mary Katherine Algeri to Mary Katherine Lors.
A hearing shall be on the 5th day of June, 2023 at 1:45 pm o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
