LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to owner(s) of an abandoned trashed 1996 mobile home trailer ID# CU29713A that if Traci Lee Naples mailing address of 20 Crispen Court, Wheeling, WV 26003, is not notified by certified mail within 30 days of this legal notice, said trailer located at 715 Peters Run Road, Wheeling, WV 26003 is in default of storage payments at $200 per week from October 1, 2007 to present and forfeiture of title is hereby relinquished to Traci Lee Naples and she can do with said trailer as is necessary. All late storage payments, property taxes, special equity, costs for notices and legal fees incurred by Traci Lee Naples as a result of trailer owner(s) default will be the sole responsibility of owner(s) of abandoned trailer until title is forfeited or awarded and or payments are made in full within the 30 days of this notice.
