IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-100/101 ZACHARY BRAUTIGAM, biological father of Z.B., whose date of birth is July 22, 2017, and T.B., whose date of birth is October 2020., natural children of Brittany Ketchum.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ZACHARY BRAUTIGAM has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants Z.B., whose date of birth is July 22, 2017, and T.B., whose date of birth is October 2020. It is ORDERED that the ZACHARY BRAUTIGAM shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 12th day of June, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental right of ZACHARY BRAUTIGAM, biological father of Z.B., whose date of birth is July 22, 2017, and T.B., whose date of birth is October 2020, may be terminated.
