REQUEST FOR
EXPRESSIONS OF
INTEREST
West Liberty University is soliciting expressions of interest for architectural/engineering services for facilities at our existing softball field. This solicitation is to request expressions of interest from architectural firms for program review and refinement of the existing preliminary design and the services required to complete this building. The new facilities will include batting cages, offices, storage, and locker rooms for the West Liberty Hilltopper Softball Team. The criteria for the selection of the firm are described in the attached Expressions of Interest.
