will be received by the (Owner) City of New Martinsville Park & Recreation, 197 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, at the above address until:
4:00 pm, Local Time Monday, July 17th, 2023
And at 6:00 pm, Local Time will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes: The gold star memorial work includes grading, fill, sidewalk, storm drain, and lining of the ditch with stone.

Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 5% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids. The City of New Martinsville is an equal opportunity employer.
