IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-85 HANNAH DEMUTH, biological mother of infant M.S., whose date of birth is May 11, 2023 and GAGE SEEHOLZER, biological father of infant M.S., whose date of birth is May 11, 2023, natural child of Hannah Demuth.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that GAGE SEEHOLZER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.S., whose date of birth is May 11, 2023. GAGE SEEHOLZER is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 21st day of August, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parent rights of GAGE SEEHOLZER, biological father of M.S., whose date of birth is May 11, 2023, may be terminated.
