It is hereby ordered that Lindsay Barnes serve upon Robert Hickman, Petitioner, c/o Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 1500 Chapline St., 4th Floor, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce/Domestic filed in this action on or before August 15, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce/Domestic, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
