On June 30, 2023, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Commission) opened a general investigation into the maintenance and testing of fire hydrants. Public utilities that own fire hydrants or serve privately owned fire hydrants must provided responsive information as specified in the June 30, 2023 Order to the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Karen Buckley, at P.O.
