Grow Ohio Valley (501C3) is soliciting expressions of interest for Architectural/ Engineering Services for the Wheeling Food Hub building renovation. The building is located at 134 17th Street, Wheeling WV.
This solicitation is to request expressions of interest from architectural firms for program review and refinement of the existing preliminary design and the
architectural/engineering services required to complete the GrowOV Wheeling Food Hub building renovation. The building will house Food Storage and Food Preparation areas, Offices, Sales Space, and Future Work/Office space. The criteria for the selection of the firm are described in the attached Expressions of Interest.
