REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority (OCDA) is accepting bids for the following project:
OCDA Project #: WH003-0001 “35,000 sf Warehouse and
Office Facility”
Bid Package 1 – Concrete Footings and Foundations
Bid Package 2 –
Structural Precast Panels, Masonry & Lintels
Bid Package 3 –
Structural Steel, Bar Joists, Roof Deck,
Stairs & Railings
Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on October 6, 2016 at 3:00 pm at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Second Floor, Triadelphia, WV 26059. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the architect, Greco Madama Joint Venture at their main office located at 57 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059, and noted on the envelope as a bid for: OCDA Project #: WH003-0001 “35,000 sf Warehouse and Office Facility”, with the appropriate bid package: Bid Package 1 – Concrete Footings Foundations; Bid Package 2 – Structural Precast Panels, Masonry & Lintels; or Bid Package 3 – Structural Steel, Bar Joists, Roof Deck, Stairs & Railings. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016, at 3:00pm at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Second Floor, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
