Pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 31D-14-1407, please take notice that Sacred Heart Riverview Terrace, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, has been dissolved and issued its Certificate of Dissolution dated May 31, 2023, by the West Virginia Secretary of State.
