You will take notice that Brent E Wear & Kristin L. Wear, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 355584, located in TRIADELPHIA TOWN CORP District, Plat of Oakmont Block F Lots 1 thru 11, 1.65 AC Plat Deed Book 260/465 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 08/05/2016.
