NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 for the purpose of digitizing microfilm tapes to OCR with character lookup in the Circuit Clerk’s software. For detailed specifications of the number of documents and final product format, please contact Brenda Miller, Ohio County Circuit Clerk by phone at (304) 234-3611. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please mark your sealed envelope as “Circuit Clerk Imaging Proposal.”
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
