The above-entitled civil action has been filed against Laken R. Brewer in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia to recover damages stemming from an automobile accident that occurred on March 16, 2021. Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or where- abouts of defendant Laken R. Brewer without effect. Thereafter, an Order Granting Service of Complaint via Publication Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 56-2-2 was issued on July 5, 2023 by the Honorable David J. Sims.
It is hereby ordered that the defendant Laken R. Brewer is required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Paul J. Harris, Esq., whose address is 32 Fifteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 an Answer or other defense within 30 days to the Complaint filed in this action on March 15, 2023. If you do not respond to this Complaint, a Judgment by Default can be rendered against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk.
