OF DISSOLUTION
Notice to Creditors and Claimants:
Convenience Realty, LP (“CRLP”) has formally dissolved in accordance with the provisions of the West Virginia Uniform Limited Partnership Act. Any party wishing to assert a claim against CRLP shall present a claim in writing, which shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform CRLP of the substance of the claim.

A claim against CRLP may be barred under applicable law unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of publication of this notice. CRLP may make distributions to other creditors or claimants, including distributions to shareholders, without further notice to the claimant.
