OF DISSOLUTION
Notice to Creditors and Claimants:
Interstate Service Stations Holdings, Inc. (“ISSHI”) has formally dissolved in accordance with the provisions of the West Virginia Business Corporation Act. Any party wishing to assert a claim against ISSHI shall present a claim in writing, which shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform ISSHI of the substance of the claim.

A claim against ISSHI will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of publication of this notice. ISSHI may make distributions to other creditors or claimants, including distributions to shareholders, without further notice to the claimant.
