Notification is given that Unified Bank (the “Bank”), with its main office located at 201 South Fourth Street, Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935, filed an application with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions pursuant to Section 1117.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, requesting permission to establish a full service branch facility at 836 National Road, 8 Leatherwood Lane and 10 Leatherwood Lane, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file, within 14 days after the date of this publication, his or her comments in writing with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, 77 South High Street, 21st Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6120.
