IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-102 ALESANDRA POLUS, biological mother of infant J.B., whose date of birth is April 11, 2018, natural children of Alesandra Polus.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that ALESANDRA POLUS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant J.B., whose date of birth is April 11, 2018. It is ORDERED ALESANDRA POLUS is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of September, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. for a Preliminary Hearing, if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the removal of J.B. may be held up.
