The object of this action is to obtain condemnation and a right of entry pursuant to W.Va. Code 54-2-14 to real property of the Respondent for the completion of a Water Line Improvement Project undertaken by the Petitioner.
It appearing by the verified pleadings in this matter that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Respondent, Christine J. McCardle, and that the whereabouts of the Respondent is unknown. It is hereby
ORDERED that CHRISTINE J. MCCARDLE, serve upon Gregory A. Gaudino, Petroplus & Gaudino, PLLC, 69 Fifthteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 an Answer, or any related counter-claim or defense she may have to the Petition for Condemnation and Right of Entry filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
