Northern Panhandle Head Start is extending an invitation for Bid to any Food Service Management Co. for a unitized meal contract during the program year 2023-2024. Contract starts 10-1-2023 and runs through 09-30-2024. All contracts are subject to a four-year renewal. Unitized lunches are to be delivered to Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties for children 1-5. Contact Jackie at
