The object of the above entitled action is for Sz’Har Jade King to legally change his/her name to Sz’Har Jo’yanny King. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Sz’Har Jade King to Sz’Har Jo’yanny King.
A hearing shall be on the 26th day of September, 2023 at 8:45 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
