REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The City of New Martinsville Parks and Recreation Commission is accepting requests for proposals for the purchase and installation of LED sports lighting fixtures, poles, wiring and controls for the baseball field at Bruce Park in addition to the removal of the existing poles and light fixtures. Installation must be completed by April 15, 2024.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00pm, Monday, November 6th, at
New Martinsville City Hall

New Martinsville, WV 26155
To be opened at 7:30pm on Monday, November 6th, during the regular City Council meeting. The envelope must be clearly marked with the following:
