In The Matter Of The Abandonment Of Portion Of Eberling Street

PUBLICATION
The Council of the Town of Triadelphia hereby notices all interested persons within the said Town of Triadelphia of its intention to amend the Code of the Town of Triadelphia by the adoption of an Ordinance providing for the abandonment of a portion of Eberling Street (formerly known as Clay Street) said portion running from U.S. Route 40 south and southeast to Bain Street.
Those persons intending to protest the proposed abandonment may appear and be heard on the matter at the Town of Triadelphia’s regular meeting in the Town Hall on National Road, Triadelphia, on October 19, 2016 at 8:00 PM at which time the second reading of the Ordinance shall take place and adoption of same voted upon. The proposed abandonment of said portion of Eberling Street shall be effective immediately upon its passge October 19, 2016.
A copy of said Ordinance can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Town Hall on National Road, Triadelphia, West Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
