Separate, sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 until 1:30PM/EST on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2023. Bids will be received from only qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed and registered to do business in the State of WV at the time of bidding.
