The object of the above entitled action is for Mary Magdalene Musap to legally change her name to Mary Magdalene Mitevski. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Mary Magdalene Musap to Mary Magdalene Mitevski
A hearing shall be on the 10 day of October, 2023 at 9:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
