A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following applications:
a) Robert Rosnick is requesting a Variance to place a detached garage in the side yard at 146 Mahogany Lane (Tax Map W39S, Parcel 62.4). Per UDO Article 10, Table 2, accessory structures are to be placed in the rear yard.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorneys or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
