On September 14, 2023, the Probable Cause Screening Committee of the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy issued an Order temporarily suspending the license to practice as a physical therapist of Timothy Wayne Dawes, license no. TEI005450 of Chester, West Virginia, pending a hearing, on the grounds that he presents a clear and immediate danger to the public health and safety.
