THIS PUBLICATION NOTICE IS ADDRESSED TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JULIUS and VIOLETTA HARTFILE, AND OWNERS OF TWO PARCELS REAL ESTATE IN OHIO COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, AS ABOVE DESCRIBED.
The object of this Civil Action is to confirm that full and complete title to real estate is vested in the plaintiff by virtue of his inheritance from his grandparents and parents, his payment of taxes on the property, and his continuous and exclusive occupancy of the property for more than thirty (30) years.
Plaintiff’s attorney in this case is Paul C. Camilletti, P.O. Box 6327, Wheeling, W.Va. 26003. A copy of the Complaint filed in this case may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, W.Va.
It is ORDERED that any person claiming to be an unknown Hartfile heir or unknown owner of the subject real estate, must serve upon said plaintiff’s attorney an Answer or any related pleading or defense he or she may have to the allegations and demand for judgement of the Complaint, on or before Nov. 11, 2016. Failure to do so may result in judgment by the Court granting the relief asked for the Complaint.
