NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENTS
The object of this action is to obtain condemnation and a right of entry pursuant to W.Va. Code 54-2-14 to real property of the Respondent for the completion of a Water Line Improvement Project undertaken by the Petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks an Order for a right of entry for a temporary construction and permanent easement across 105 linear feet of the property of the Respondents described as part of Lot 70, Valley Camp Coal Colony, in Triadelphia, Ohio County, West Virginia as shown on Tax Map TW1, Parcel 26.
Please take notice that the Petitioner shall bring for hearing the heretofore filed Petition for Condemnation and Right of Entry before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 13th day of October, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard.
